Customers are agreeing. Vodafone is the worst phone company in Spain. The British telecom provider has the dubious distinction of receiving the most complaints in Spain.
Almost every third note in the telecommunications industry ends with Vodafone shows a count of FACUA, a Spanish consumer organization.
Spanish telcos can also figure out how to make customers so angry complaints. Spanish Movistar will namely in second place in the race that nobody wins. They’ve got every fourth note in the industry during the first six months of 2013.
The most common causes of customer complaints are promotional offers are not met, bills for calls they did not make and bills from the phone company, and they are no longer customers.
Despite the industry’s problems at the moment, they can take solace in the fact that a sector has overtaken them in the number of complaints. It is not surprising the Spanish banking sector, which has received numerous complaints since many accuse the banks of being responsible for the economic crisis and uncontroled propertis building scandals.
